Henri-Jean Vittecoq, the owner of an adventure travel company based in France, has seen countless picturesque places. However, when he caught a glimpse of a magnificent point of land at Ste. Rose du Nord overlooking the Saguenay fjord, he thought it was the most beautiful near-wilderness he had seen.
